About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer relationship and the full contract-order-invoicing cycle for a specific client portfolio.
  • Receive validated quotations and register contracts within the information system.
  • Monitor sales schedules, managing advances and delays in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Analyze and create orders, ensuring data consistency between delivery calls and contracts.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders to track deliveries and ensure timely arrival, keeping customers informed.
  • Generate all necessary delivery documentation and manage associated services.
  • Handle product returns, including request verification, entry, and customer communication.
  • Process customer credit and debit requests and manage customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Bac+2/3 degree in International Trade, LEA (Applied Foreign Languages), or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with office and digital tools; experience with SAP ECC is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously with proactivity, rigor, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage for the Benelux/Nordic zone.
