Responsibilities
- Execute flawless bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email
- Coordinate complex, multi-city international trips including air, rail, ground transport, and lodging
- Act as the gatekeeper for corporate travel policy, ensuring all bookings align with company tiers and budgets
- Provide white-glove concierge service for C-suite executives
- Monitor global events like weather or strikes to proactively reroute travelers
Requirements
- 3+ years in a high-touch customer service environment
- Ability to work the 12 AM – 9 AM overnight shift
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong active listening and professional communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new SaaS platforms quickly
