Customer Audit Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of customer factory audits to ensure compliance
• Serve as the primary liaison for client audit teams and coordinate with internal departments
• Conduct risk identification and self-assessments to proactively address non-conformity issues
• Develop and track action plans to resolve audit findings and high-risk escalations
• Plan and execute internal process audits according to industry standards such as VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
• Perform root cause analysis on non-compliances and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Organize and display audit performance data through visual reports to track continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Sciences
• 3+ years of experience in customer quality management
• Deep understanding of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001
• Experience leading internal and external audits, including risk assessment and compliance tracking
• Proficiency in audit documentation, data collection, and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive, power battery, or energy storage battery industry
