Customer Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with requests and product selection
• Perform cash register operations
• Assist in stock replenishment and product display
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Manage customers professionally and efficiently
• Participate in visual merchandising to enhance product attractiveness
• Stay informed about fashion trends and Kiabi product offerings
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work shifts in a retail environment
• Basic knowledge of Italian; other languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of fashion trends
• Interest in the retail sector
