About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality service for customers
  • Acquire, retain, and inform the clientele
  • Participate in on-site commercial operations
  • Advise and inform customers on slot machine operation
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for slot machines (blockages, tests, etc.)
  • Maintain the quality and ambiance of the gaming hall

Requirements

  • Comfortable interacting with customers with a positive attitude
  • Previous successful experience in retail or commerce
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and dynamic
  • Strong team spirit
  • High sensitivity to customer relations and product quality
  • Good presentation and availability
  • Role subject to ministerial approval
