About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality service for customers
- Acquire, retain, and inform the clientele
- Participate in on-site commercial operations
- Advise and inform customers on slot machine operation
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for slot machines (blockages, tests, etc.)
- Maintain the quality and ambiance of the gaming hall
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers with a positive attitude
- Previous successful experience in retail or commerce
- Autonomous, rigorous, and dynamic
- Strong team spirit
- High sensitivity to customer relations and product quality
- Good presentation and availability
- Role subject to ministerial approval
