Customer Architect

Responsibilities

• Define technical success plans for customers to achieve business objectives
• Ensure successful technical customer journeys from onboarding to adoption
• Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical coverage
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions to promote smooth implementation
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow annual recurring revenue
• Proactively suggest upgrades and enhancements based on consumption patterns
• Travel to customer sites as required for onsite engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Fluency in German
• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven problem-solving and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, or Kibana
• Expertise in Observability, Security, or Enterprise Search domains
