Customer and System Enablement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive early system bring-up activities, including power-on, BIOS/UEFI enablement, and memory initialization on new platforms
• Triage, debug, and root-cause system, memory, and BIOS-related failures during development and customer engagements
• Develop and maintain system-level tools, scripts, and automation to improve enablement efficiency and data collection
• Design structured experiments for system characterization, margin analysis, and large-scale data collection
• Collaborate with external partners such as Intel, AMD, ARM, ODMs, and OEMs to support system enablement
• Perform system-level failure analysis (FA) and implement memory characterization activities
• Present technical findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in systems, validation, enablement, or development roles
• Extensive experience with x86 or ARM platforms and low-level system debugging
• Proficiency in engineering-level software and scripting, including Python, C, C++, or Linux/UEFI shell
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Knowledge of BIOS/UEFI interaction and memory initialization

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of computer system architecture and DRAM operation
• Experience working directly with customers in lab environments to support bring-up and qualification
• Experience developing internal tools or frameworks to improve team scalability
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and analysis
