Customer and Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email to manage quotes and inquiries
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
• Nurture and grow long-term business relationships with customers
• Provide product and pricing advice for rural steel and aluminium products
• Continuously identify ways to improve the customer experience
• Assist with stock control and the presentation of the retail space

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a customer service or sales environment
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Proactive approach to building constructive professional relationships
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to undergo further training
