About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze transactional customer data and sales KPIs with high granularity
  • Identify trends and evaluate responses to marketing campaigns
  • Correlate purchase history with campaign exposure and sales frequency
  • Ensure data quality and GDPR compliance for enterprise usability
  • Prepare customer segmentations based on qualitative and quantitative elements
  • Define customer behaviors by analyzing KPIs such as frequency and average invoice
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers for customer-level data enrichment
  • Provide analytical support for commercial initiatives and roadmap preparation
  • Prepare reports and dashboards regarding customer trends and churn risk

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics or STEM disciplines
  • 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (Microstrategy, QlikView, QlikSense)
  • Strong SQL programming skills
  • Good level of English
