Customer Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver end-to-end customer programmes, ensuring analytics outputs are accurate and aligned to objectives
• Design, build, and maintain advanced analytics workflows, including automated models, dashboards, and visualisations
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Integrate risk and control considerations into analytics and reporting
• Lead structured problem-solving initiatives to improve analytics quality and scalability through automation
• Manage multiple analytics projects concurrently, ensuring consistent delivery and quality standards
• Present insights clearly and confidently to internal teams and external customers
• Coach and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and feedback to build team capability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant financial services risk, compliance, or analytics role
• Proficiency with Python and PowerBI
• Experience utilizing LLMs and data analytics tools
• Ability to design and execute advanced analytics workflows and automated models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
