About the role
Responsibilities
- Use machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to complex business problems
- Create forecasting and propensity models to predict future customer behavior
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines using feature engineering and optimization methods
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Architects to drive data science projects
- Develop new cloud-productionized prediction models and manage model outputs
- Manage dashboards to drive customer insight and improve campaign targeting
- Increase transparency regarding customer demographics and behaviors through advanced data mining
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark, Matplotlib)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with statistical modeling
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proficiency in designing algorithms and using linear/non-linear regression and classification techniques
- Strong experience with large-scale data dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working within cloud environments and modern data stacks
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, experimentation, or customer analytics
- Experience in a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer role
