Customer AI Strategist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to customer executives shaping AI Marketing adoption roadmaps
• Own strategic relationships with key accounts and deliver executive-level insights
• Stay ahead of AI, SaaS, SEO, and marketing technology trends
• Identify and codify patterns from customer engagements to shape best practices
• Collaborate with product, account, and operations teams to align customer feedback with product strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-leading roles (e.g., technical account management, consulting, or analyst work)
• Experience in data analysis and optimization within a SaaS or AI environment
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategies
• Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and executive stakeholders
• Strong program and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or finance-related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM behavior
• Background in SEO, keyword strategy, or organic growth
• Experience in digital marketing or campaign performance analysis
• Prior experience in marketing operations or conversion optimization
