Customer AI Deployment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Project manage customer enablement end to end including workflows and data ingestion
• Work onsite with property managers to guide them through AI transitions
• Deliver engaging, practical training for property managers and operational teams
• Build and maintain high-quality documentation and playbooks to scale engagements
• Gather customer feedback to inform Product and Customer Success teams
• Partner with customer directors to establish AI centres of excellence
• Contribute to partner model design and services framework strategy

Requirements

• Experience in property or business transformation within complex organisations
• Technically grounded with ability to demo and troubleshoot products live
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, and workflow automation
• Proven track record running implementation or change management projects for enterprise clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
• Significant experience in implementation consulting, SaaS delivery, or business transformation
