About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Conductor’s platform via live chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve escalated technical issues and manage complex customer queries
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and feature changes
  • Develop deep product expertise to help customers navigate various tools within the platform
  • Isolate, analyze, and document customer issues to provide effective resolutions
  • Empower end-users by creating and maintaining knowledge base articles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL
  • Experience troubleshooting within a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to various user levels
  • Ability to work CST hours
