About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, account-specific operational processes and performance with the customer.
- Perform duties on-site with the customer to react in a timely manner to requests and information.
- Manage and ensure contract compliance regarding all agreed terms and conditions.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and division department heads to ensure smooth conversions.
- Provide sales analytics, daily reporting, and manage pricing information and issues.
- Maintain critical product lists, review backorder notes, and manage product substitutions.
- Collaborate with off-site personnel to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to the customer.
- Support territory sales leaders by driving proprietary products with existing and new customer targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 or more years of related experience in sales, customer service, CRM, supply chain, or hospital distribution.
- Technological fluency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), email, and internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to use multiple systems and report software to synthesize information.
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and facilitate solutions.
