About the role
Responsibilities
- Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers at the car Vending Machine
- Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system
- Address customer questions and minor technical issues related to the vending machine process
- Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with CMV Driver Qualification policy
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles
- Ability to stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50lbs
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain a Notary commission and Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
