About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Veeam’s customer advocacy program across the APJ region
- Cultivate and nurture lasting connections with key customer advocates to transform them into brand champions
- Develop a strategic portfolio of high-profile customer brands for use in case studies, testimonials, and industry events
- Manage a database of public and private references to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and alliances to identify standout customer stories
- Coordinate customer interviews and oversee the creation of advocacy assets, including success stories, quotes, and videos
- Leverage customer voices in marketing campaigns, PR, and field activities to strengthen brand trust
- Monitor the impact of advocacy assets and optimize their use across various formats
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience managing a customer advocacy program
- Marketing experience within the B2B technology sector, specifically in customer marketing
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the roles played by alliance partners, distributors, and system integrators in the channel market
