Customer Advisor Vehicle Valuation

Responsibilities

• Advise customers personally and competently throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to contract conclusion
• Conduct persuasive sales conversations and actively manage price negotiations to achieve fair and attractive deals for both parties
• Transparently explain vehicle condition and valuation to build trust through strong communication
• Coordinate the purchasing process efficiently to ensure smooth operations in collaboration with the support team

Requirements

• Strong sales and communication skills, ideally gained through direct customer contact, service industry, or retail experience
• Initial experience in sales processes, customer consulting, price negotiations, or closing deals
• High level of customer orientation with a professional and sympathetic demeanor
• Fluent German language skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Career changers from sales and retail sectors are welcome

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or automotive-specific knowledge is not required, as training and digital tools are provided
