About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide competent clothing advice to customers
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Build long-term relationships with customers and acquire new ones
- Handle tasks independently
- Present merchandise and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
- Process complaints
- Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the store
- Operate the cash register
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in sales and professional customer service
- Interest in fashion
- Ease in establishing contacts and building relationships
- Openness and goal orientation
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- English language skills are a plus
- Readiness for shift work, including weekends
