Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide expert fashion advice and competent clothing consultation to customers
• Act as a brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones
• Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards and ensure attractive product presentation
• Handle cash register operations and process customer complaints
• Maintain the aesthetic appearance and cleanliness of the salon

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and professional customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport easily
• A genuine interest in fashion and current trends
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Goal-oriented mindset and openness to new challenges
• Availability for shift work, including weekends
• Knowledge of English is a plus
