Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide expert fashion advice and competent clothing consultation to customers
• Act as a brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Present merchandise and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
• Handle cash register operations and process customer complaints
• Ensure the salon remains aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and professional customer service
• Strong communication skills and ease in building interpersonal relationships
• A genuine interest in fashion and current trends
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with knowledge of sales techniques
• Availability for shift work, including weekends
• Proficiency in English is a plus
