Customer Advisor/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise existing customers while acquiring new clients in the mobility-impaired sector
• Conduct telephone-based customer support and acquisition
• Prepare and create professional sales offers
• Collaborate with cost carriers, social associations, and commercial clients
• Perform occasional customer visits and consultations outside the primary location
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally within the automotive, medical, or orthopedic technology sectors
• Strong communication skills with a polite and confident professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently, structurally, and in a goal-oriented manner
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Ability to work effectively within a team and take on responsibility
