Responsibilities

- Oversee approvals and administration by verifying requirements and maintaining structured workflows.
- Provide professional customer advisory services via telephone and written communication.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for support and ongoing client care.
- Support live group calls by ensuring clean preparation and adherence to defined content.
Requirements
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented work style.
- Ability to work effectively within clear systems and predefined processes.
- Professional, objective, and friendly communication skills (German speaking).
- Conscientious documentation skills to ensure process stability.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
- Experience in customer service, coaching, or online marketing is a plus.
