About the role
Responsibilities

- Act as a reliable point of contact for support and ongoing client care.
- Support live group calls by ensuring clean execution, preparation, and adherence to defined content.
Requirements

- Ability to thrive within clear systems and predefined operational processes.
- Professional, objective, and friendly communication skills in German.
- Conscientious documentation skills to ensure process stability.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
