Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Active sales of products and services tailored to individual customer needs
• Building and strengthening customer relationships through partner and loyalty programs
• Preparing customer orders and monitoring the fulfillment process
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, availability, and proper product display according to standards
• Adhering to health and safety (BHP) rules, including proper storage and securing of goods
• Participating in training to increase product knowledge and applying it in practice

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and sales or a desire to develop in these areas
• Interest in construction, gardening, or decorative themes
• Ability to work in a team and value collaboration
• Meticulousness and accuracy, especially in order fulfillment and calculations
• Readiness for physical work, including unloading goods and assembling displays
• Availability for shift work (06:30 - 22:00), including Saturdays (up to 3 per month) and trading Sundays
