Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store to ensure a premium first impression of the TurboTax brand
• Proactively identify underlying customer needs by building immediate rapport and trust
• Provide expert, personalized consultations to guide customers toward the ideal TurboTax solution
• Navigate the customer journey from initial uncertainty to a confident decision or connection with a tax professional
• Follow up with potential customers to offer continued support and expert guidance
• Provide critical feedback to help shape the future of the new retail program

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales or customer service)
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven ability to solve customer problems through effective communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a sales environment
• Knowledge of tax-related topics
• An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving retail environment
