Responsibilities

• Create great customer experiences and build relationships
• Sell and advise on glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories
• Map customer needs and find customized solutions
• Follow up on the sales process in collaboration with opticians and colleagues
• Perform orders and simple workshop work
• Ensure the store is always tidy and inviting
• Participate actively in training and professional development
• Provide professional guidance with a focus on good eye health
