Responsibilities

• Build good relationships and ensure top customer experiences
• Sales and advisory for glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and other products
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions tailored to vision, lifestyle, and preferences
• Follow the sales process and collaborate with opticians and colleagues
• Perform orders and workshop work
• Maintain a tidy and inviting store environment
• Participate in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Provide high-standard advice and guidance regarding eye health
