Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Sales and fitting of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses
• Building good relationships and ensuring top customer experiences
• Advising, lens instruction, and guidance on eye health
• Performing orders and follow-ups, maintaining order in the shop and workshop
• Providing personal and professional guidance to customers
• Participating in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Contributing to keeping the store tidy and inviting

Requirements

• Ability to work with people and provide high-quality service
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts in addition to day shifts
• Interest in eye health and professional customer guidance
