- Sales and adaptation of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses
- Build strong relationships and ensure top-tier customer experiences
- Provide advice, lens instruction, and guidance on eye health
- Perform orders and follow-ups, maintaining order in the shop and workshop
- Provide personal and professional guidance to customers
- Participate actively in courses and professional development throughout the year
- Contribute to ensuring the shop always appears tidy and inviting
