About the role
Responsibilities
- Build good relationships and create first-class customer experiences
- Sales and advisory of glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and other products
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions adapted to vision, lifestyle, and preferences
- Follow the sales process in close cooperation with opticians and colleagues
- Perform orders and simple workshop work
- Ensure the store always appears tidy and inviting
- Participate actively in courses and professional development
- Provide safe and professional guidance with a high standard for eye health follow-up
