Customer Advisor (German Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding by guiding new clients through systems and ensuring all processes are followed.
• Oversee approvals and administration by verifying requirements and maintaining structured workflows.
• Provide professional customer advisory services via telephone and written communication.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for support and ongoing client care.
• Support live group calls by ensuring preparation and maintaining clear, defined content flows.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in German.
• Highly structured, responsible, and solution-oriented work style.
• Ability to work effectively within clear systems and predefined processes.
• Strong, professional, and friendly communication skills (written and verbal).
• Meticulous documentation skills to ensure process stability.
• Experience in customer service, coaching, or online marketing is a plus.
