About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences.
- Assist customers via inbound calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while demonstrating empathy and care.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in internal systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools, training, and resources.
- Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations based on their specific needs.
Requirements
- EU citizenship or a valid Portugal work permit.
- Fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level or Native).
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Current residency in the Lisbon area.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent listening, empathy, and time management skills.
