Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences.
• Assist customers via inbound calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while demonstrating empathy and care.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in internal systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools, training, and resources.
• Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations based on their specific needs.

Requirements

• EU citizenship or a valid Portugal work permit.
• Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish (C1, C2, or Native level).
• Good proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Current residency in the Lisbon area.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Basic computer skills and previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and time management skills.
