Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide competent fashion and clothing advice to customers
• Act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones
• Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards and product presentation
• Handle cash register operations and process customer complaints
• Ensure the salon maintains an aesthetic and professional appearance
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and professional customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport easily
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• A genuine interest in fashion and current trends
• Goal-oriented mindset with an open attitude
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends
• Knowledge of sales techniques is required

• Proficiency in the English language
