Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide competent fashion advice and styling guidance to customers
• Act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty
• Present merchandise and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions
• Manage customer complaints and maintain the aesthetic appearance of the salon
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and professional customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport easily
• A genuine interest in fashion and current trends
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Availability for shift work, including weekends
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• English language proficiency is a plus
