Customer Activation Manager Drug

Responsibilities

• Drive the Mental & Physical agenda for Kenvue brands across drugstore, grocery, and discount channels in Germany
• Take responsibility for Customer Activation at drug customers across all Kenvue categories and brands
• Translate brand and category objectives into Perfect Store execution and define activation grids to ensure outstanding physical availability
• Develop and implement a Kenvue/customer vision, acting as the activation face of the company towards the customer
• Analyze customer behavior and monitor competitive developments to develop new ideas and partnership routes
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams on shopper insights, promotion performance analysis, launch support, and market trends

Requirements

• University degree in economics or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of the German customer landscape
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to handle creative tasks
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving change
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
