Customer Activation & Culture Manager Beer

Responsibilities

• Develop country-specific strategies and annual activation plans for the beer portfolio across Iberia
• Drive executional excellence by adapting central growth drivers for local markets
• Build and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with Distributor and Partner networks
• Lead cultural activation to ensure brands like Guinness connect authentically with consumer passion points
• Manage influencer networks and amplify major brand tentpole moments and sponsorships
• Monitor performance through measurement, evaluation, and Quarterly Business Reviews

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, Commercial, or Innovation roles
• Proven experience within the Brewery industry
• Experience working with Distributor or Partner business models
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel across Iberia (approximately 8–12 trips per year)
• Ability to operate independently within virtual, cross-market teams
