Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-installation readiness, timelines, and requirements with customers and partners
  • Own the execution of the onboarding process to ensure successful product activation
  • Drive early customer success through structured 30–60 day activation check-ins
  • Work with VARs, installers, and partner networks to ensure high-quality setup experiences
  • Track activation progress and provide feedback loops to Product and CX Operations teams
  • Standardize and scale onboarding workflows and activation processes

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or operations
  • Experience managing onboarding for complex or technical products
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience with third-party installers or VAR networks is highly preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or hardware-enabled products is a strong plus
  • Proven problem-solving skills focused on execution and outcomes
