Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-installation readiness, timelines, and requirements with customers and partners
- Own the execution of the onboarding process to ensure successful product activation
- Drive early customer success through structured 30–60 day activation check-ins
- Work with VARs, installers, and partner networks to ensure high-quality setup experiences
- Track activation progress and provide feedback loops to Product and CX Operations teams
- Standardize and scale onboarding workflows and activation processes
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or operations
- Experience managing onboarding for complex or technical products
- Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with third-party installers or VAR networks is highly preferred
- Experience in SaaS or hardware-enabled products is a strong plus
- Proven problem-solving skills focused on execution and outcomes
