About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and lead a high-performing team of Direct Sales Reps to ensure delivery of team objectives
- Develop, train, and enable sales reps through data-driven plans and regular 1:1 meetings
- Identify systemic areas of improvement and lead cross-functional efforts with Tech Ops to improve field escalation resolution
- Engage with chambers of commerce and community organizations to secure high-impact partnerships
- Interpret and synthesize local market intelligence and sales data to influence regional leadership strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical sales or business experience
- 3 years of door to door (D2D) sales experience
- 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team including onboarding, training, and coaching
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and motivating direct sales teams in the telecom industry
- Experience managing sales vendor teams or extended workforce teams
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional partners to achieve business targets
- Ability to manage daily operations and projects with minimal guidance
