About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer billing cycle across multiple countries (France, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey)
- Perform daily recording of receipts and account reconciliation
- Communicate account statements to customers to anticipate upcoming deadlines
- Monitor customer accounts, request transfer details, and handle disputes or debit notes
- Manage bank deposits for LCR and magnetic drafts
- Process customer credit note refunds
- Execute proactive debt collection via email and telephone
- Maintain rigorous follow-up on customer outstanding balances
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Customer Service
- Update customer master data, including the creation and modification of financial information
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international client communication
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
- Strong qualities of rigor, reliability, autonomy, and teamwork
