Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Review customer requirements and specifications to create custom quotes
• Utilize CAD drawings and technical documentation to interpret customer needs
• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams for order fulfillment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management
• Experience with custom quoting or CAD drawing interpretation preferred
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
