Customer Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Team to manage strategic accounts and drive ADI’s go-to-market strategy.
• Proactively manage customer demand streams, including sales support, pricing, contracts, and sales forecasting.
• Monitor revenue, backlog, and forecasts to ensure backend systems align with anticipated demand.
• Act as a focal point for contract negotiations and provide quotations and pricing management.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Units, and Legal to optimize supply and demand.
• Lead customer meetings via phone, virtually, or in person to provide updates and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.
• Advanced MS Office skills, with a specific emphasis on Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including professional presentation abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
