Customer Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries to ensure high service levels
• Capture and maintain customer demand in the system, managing order entry and updates with high attention to detail
• Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues
• Contribute to revenue growth through involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and process improvements
• Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights
• Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must hold a valid working visa for Japan (sponsorship is not provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional working experience
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level or equivalent
• English language proficiency at TOEIC 860 level or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with demand forecasting or statistical analysis
• Experience with advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
