Customer Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads and visit existing and new customers to meet sales targets
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, and conclude sales orders
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Identify and research prospective customers to build long-term relationships
• Develop and implement sales tactics and action plans
• Plan and execute regularly scheduled customer visits and file visit reports
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve market strategies
• Build relationships with commercial and technical stakeholders at customer organizations
• Promote service contracts and actively follow up on quotations
• Investigate and report on customers' product Installed Base (IB)
• Monitor order and delivery follow-ups for contracts
• Pursue collection of account receivables with support from the local controller

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine, or business
• 3-5 years of sales experience in Marine, Offshore, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently
