Customer Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads and visit existing and new customers to meet sales targets
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, and contract details to meet revenue goals
• Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products and services
• Identify and research prospective customers to build long-term relationships
• Develop and implement sales tactics and action plans with management approval
• Plan and execute regularly scheduled customer visits and file detailed visit reports
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information to improve market strategies
• Build strong relationships with commercial and technical stakeholders at customer organizations
• Actively follow up on all quotations and promote service contracts
• Monitor order and delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in the collection of accounts receivable with support from the local controller

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine, or Business
• 3-5 years of sales experience within the Marine or Offshore sectors
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
