Customer Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with assigned accounts to influence sales and margin growth
• Provide personalized customer service through timely delivery of solutions via Teams, phone, and email
• Act as a subject matter expert on strategic product offerings and services
• Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, orders, and post-delivery support
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently through creative problem-solving

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage high-level autonomy and decision-making
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet self-motivated goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mentality
