Responsibilities

• Manage, grow and mentor the client success team, fostering a collaborative, top performing and innovative work environment
• Enable exponential growth and expansion by focusing on customer success
• Implement people management best practices to scale and internationalize functions
• Build and harmonize cross-departmental processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the organization to take a product-led approach in creating an end-to-end user journey
• Accountable for client delivery, onboarding, and performance reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven track record of scaling client success, operations, or sales functions in a startup
• Strong project management and process creation skills
• Experience in client success or business operations
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Proven success in applying automation to scale operations
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing cultures
