Responsibilities
- Manage, grow and mentor the client success team
- Onboard new clients and manage the delivery process
- Report performance to clients
- Implement people management best practices to scale and internationalize functions
- Build and harmonize cross-departmental processes to ensure efficiency
- Take a product-led approach to creating an end-to-end user journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven track record of scaling client success, operations, or sales functions
- Experience in client success or business operations
- Strong project management and process creation skills
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Proven success in applying automation to scale operations
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team leadership
