Customer Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle manage a portfolio of customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and deliver on sales plans
• Communicate repair status, WIP reports, and backlog updates through written, verbal, and in-person mediums
• Review warranty requests and provide repair quotes to customers
• Manage backlog, ship/reschedule dates, and create backlog and arrears burn down plans
• Prioritize multi-functional team activities to meet financial, OTD, and TAT targets
• Review and respond to customer liquidated damages claims
• Work with internal stakeholders to formulate responses to customer support requests
• Maintain pre-approved levels of rotatable stock
• Ensure a zero-incident workplace environment

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work onsite in Creedmoor, NC
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person)
